I am going through a divorce. I started a physical therapy clinic (PLLC) 21+ years ago in Washington state that was making its own profit from day one, I have never commingled personal money into the business either prior or after making my mistake 9 years ago (getting married). The only real value of the business is the goodwill (services) I provide and no goodwill could exist separate and apart from the services I provide.
If you can do the research and provide cases to prove my point, please indicate is so and what is going to be the fee for the research. I will be extremely grateful for any and all help.
