Budget: $30 – $250 USD
New York State child support arrears pertaining to a 30 year old debt for "confinement cost"(birth expenses) of my daughter Medicaid reimbursement. I believe the debt to be unlawful. i was 17 years old, no lawyer and was on Social Security Disability at the time of the hearing.
