we need legal help for harassment by an HOA

We need help with an HOA harassment problem. We are a rent with th ownr being the HOA member.
The HOA is attempting to fine us over the alledged use of an unused, cobwebby, Snail trailed BBQ.
It is an anonymous accusatioin and they refuse to give me any details because I am a renter and not the HOA member.
Thw owner has decided to not fight the HOA and pass the fine to me.
