I need a lawyer to review and draft a coaching agreement.

I am a coach with a focus on educating clients about weight loss. I teach them the fundamentals about why weight changes and focus them on understanding the role diet and exercise plays. I have a working document where I pulled text from other agreements that I saw and have updated it to reflect the scope of my services. The document is in no particular order and may be incomplete. I am also not a lawyer. I need a final and complete document. Also, I want to be able to use video and or photos of my client progress and need some permission there for that. Clients are located in the US at this time.
