I need a lawyer; I am not living in USA currently

Originally My divorce was uncontested, and we were going to try to do it without legal assistance. But now we disagree with refinancing the mortgage. I want off the mortgage asap, and he wants to wait until he is employed. I live in Japan currently, but American. I made my mother my POA. I am having difficulty finding an attorney to take my case.
