I have been charged with assault art.265 cr.c by my wife. my court case is december 2 ..it was never an assault there was no injuries , my wife wants me out of the home because she wants a divorce, because i said i could stay in the house for 1 year, because we seperated on monday august 29 she wanted me to leave straight away
