I need a lawyer

Looking for a lawyer experienced in contract law and civil litigation. I’m looking to bring a civil suite against the travel insurance company who unreasonably denied our insurance claim while overseas and has subsequently breached our contract. My aim is to bring this before the magistrates court with the hope of settling at mediation. We’ve already gone through the IDR process and not been successful again due to the insurance company not considering and over looking evidence provided to them.

We require the assistance of a lawyer to prepare this case, lodge it with the courts, serve on the insurance company and represent us at the mediation.
