Instagram deactivated my account of 12+ years for "copyright infringement or breaking the law". My account is mostly photos of friends, family and food. I discuss some business and market which brings me in business and have almost all of my contacts there. By blocking my account without any prior warning I have lost clients, contacts and a lot more.
