Hello and respectfully
I am Iranian and I have recently applied for residency in Greece in terms of financially independent people, but unfortunately my application was refused despite the completeness of my documents and the only reason for the embassy was that : (It was not possible to ascertain and prove the purpose and terms of your stay)
(Application Form , Proof of financial means , EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE , Travel Insurance , Police Clearance Certificate and Medical Certificate All was Okay)
Additionally I have had several visa's and short trips to Schengen Area before.
Now, at this point in time, can your office provide me with a good service in this regard to appeal against this decision ?
They wrote the appeal must be written in Greek and signed by a Greek lawyer.
