I need a lawyer ASAP
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
Specifically to get hotel camera footage from a certain date and time last year.
This is not related to any investigation or police file, rather for my own need. I understand privacy laws are making this increasingly difficult. The hotel security will not allow me access without a warrant or PI, whom when contacted, has said can only be done with a lawyers assistance, or with a warrant (Police advised this cannot be done without an active case file).
I am only interested in the times that I went in and out from the hotel room, and understand that others who may be in the video during those times would need to be cut or edited out.
All I need are photos or videos of myself entering and exiting the hotel room.
