I need a lawyer

I need to collect my client file from prior attorney ( specifically only the client attorney contract). And I am seeking to draft a lawsuit for legal malpractice and harassment. I can pay by the hour if lawyer decides to help me with case. Or I can pay fixed price just for the letter ,to request document from prior attorney, and also to draft me a lawsuit. Thanks.
