i need a lawyer
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I ordered something which was never delivered. Now I would like my money back, but the company no longer replies to me. The company is based in the US. The merchandise was around 800$ and as it turned out it was not allowed for import into the European Union due to missing EU coding on the product (Covid masks from LEAF) . My assumption is, it was returned by customs, if ever it was sent. Attached the mail with order in it. I do not find it fair, to take my money and not send anything or to not refund my money.

One way or another: i ordered the masks in March 2021 and have sent multiple reminder mails with no response and no shipment received.
I have no idea how to get my money back. It seems the company is still alive and active, as by now they are selling the masks via amazon.com in the US as well.
My hope is, that an official legal letter from a law firm will encourage them to refund my initial payment.
