i need an immigration lawyer

I'm a refegee from ukraine .currently living in berlin , Germany without refegee status. I'm a single parent with two kids. i dont have passports forr my kids but information about them is in my biometric passport. Ihave a family in US ( not relatives ) who can provide me with accomodation for frist few months, old car and some help with my kids. I also have a boyfriend in USA who can help me with tickets to USA and also is willing to live together there. what is the best way to get USA as soon as possible due to the war in my country ? Travel visa for me and my kids (they dont have passports) or immigration visa or humanitarian parole ?
