Need to have some preliminary answers to my request first, before hiring an immigrant lawyer.
My sister-in-law is willing to visit us (Canadian citizens) with 2 children (4 years. and 6 years), they are citizen of Israel.
Q-1: During her stay in Canada, can her 6-year-old child attend Canadian schools.
Q-2: Will they be able to apply for immigration and stay in Canada, because of the current situation of unrest and rocket lunches from Gaza, she had a bomb hear her house lately and that put fear for her children safety.
