I need help regarding Home Office Sponsorship Licence for my company

We are a healthcare agency- we supply staff to healthcare organisations in the UK; we also provide consultancy services to the Local Councils. We are currently preparing to provide regulated services(personal care) and have applied for registration with the Care Quality Commission - but the registration is still being processed. We want to know if we can meet the eligibility criteria now, and if so, to obtain support to submit sponsorship application
