I need and employment lawyer / solicitor

Hi,
I need an employment lawyer / solicitor to accompany me to consultation at work sometime next week.
My employer wants to change my terms and contracts and i don't agree to the changes, they want to change the days I work and want me to take a salary cut as well.
I feel they are moving me away from current position to another role and its not something I would like to do.
I have made a formal grievance complaint to HR and I'm waiting for a meeting to be scheduled next week. I work in air freight near Heathrow airport west London.
