I have been accused of making someone feel uncomfortable at work due to a conversation ive had with another colleague, then due to the fact that my manager would not let me speak or explain my side I said ‘this is bullshit’ and they are now saying my conduct was aggressive, I have worked at the company for over 3 years and have had no issues they are now trying to fire me with no procedure or record
