I need an employment lawyer

My bosses business went under. My role was made redundant, he sold the business to another company, he hasnt paid anyones super. In my contrat he stated that if you work there for 2 years you need to give 2 weeks notice, 3 years = 3 weeks notice and it was capped at 4 weeks. Ive been there for 5 years so i need to give him 4 weeks notice yet he gave me 2 weeks notice the business was being sold. I was a warehouse manager until a delivery driver wuit then i filled in his role temporarily. So now im classified as a driver and my role as a warehouse manager is non existent within this new company yet he claims i have no right for a redundancy. He is severely in debt with not only his landlord but also with so many suppliers due to unpaid bills.
