I need a crowdfunding expert

We have a new start-up called Wattcrowd. We are looking for expert guidance, with regards to regulation and other legal requirements. Individuals have the opportunity to purchase individual solar panels through a token in one of our projects. We are looking for the easiest way to manage this on an international level.
