I have been trapped by police in domestic violence and now CPS has made a decision of charging me for beating my wife which is not a true. And I am still on bail till 18th January to not to contact my wife and son.
My wife is 7 month pregnant and I need to be there to help my wife and support unborn child as well.
I want to go for legal fight and also want to revoke bail conditions as I need to be there with my wife during his delivery and after birth as well. His due date is 23rd of March 2023.
Please tell me how to proceed further in this matter as revoking bail condotion is my first priority and then also want to defend myself by a legal representative on court on 18th of January.
