I need a criminal lawyer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a case in Portugal. I was a victim of a violent assault in Lisbon. The case was reported to the police. I had no information on the progress of the case for 2,5 years, only from the eyewithness, who was a local person and was in contact with the police . Now I have received a letter of apology from the perpetrator's lawyer.
Since I nearly died in the assault, I missed my airplain, was out of work for a month and had a much longer recovery besides frequent headace ever since I am not satisfied with the apology, especially that the court had to find the person guilty, if he had to send a letter. I would like to work with a local lawyer to:
1) check the status of the case and evaluate the chances of taking it further
2) do my legal representation during the case
Obviously I can provide more background information. I am expecting an indicative quote for the above 2 activities.
