I need an attorney to sign an opinion letter.

My company is leasing a commercial office space, through a sublease from a government-managed contract. We have to submit articles of incorporation, and a few other business documents, which we've done. We now have to hire our own lawyer to sign an opinion letter saying that our documents are legitimate (they are, and can be checked online in just a few minutes).
I have a template from another company accomplishing the same thing, and simply need an attorney who is willing to review the template letter and sign.
