I need a Victorian Supreme Court lawyer -- 2

Job ID: 32159223

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

Qualified Victorian Supreme Court lawyer (https://www.supremecourt.vic.gov.au/about-the-court/admissions) wanted.
To appeal Victorian Merit Protection Boards (MPB) determination (21/1/21) in the Victorian Supreme Court to continue confidentiality of, even redacted version of, Grievance documents, to have them submitted to the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT), as evidence for teacher continued registration.
VIT requested evidence by 25/11/21.
MPB refused to provide general statements on what they had already judged to be reasonable decisions of a Principal.
The MPB determination did not state there was 60 days to appeal, and on 18/11/21 they said 'It remains open to you to seek a Judicial Review as advised in the Determindation.'
(' The parties may seek Judicial Review of this decision from the Supreme Court of Victoria:
https://www.supremecourt.vic.gov.au/going-to-court/representing-yourself/appeal-or-review-a-decision/request-a-judicial-review ')
The MPB was informed, in writing, of multiple inconsistent (contradictory/untruthful) statements prior to their determination. These reference the confidential documents, so are probably also confidential, and thus can't be given to the VIT.
Grievance and associated documents show that the teacher being 'guilty of all charges' clarifies that the charges are contrary to the teaching code of conduct.
Consider: 'obeyed all aspects of the law in making the decision', particularly perjury (https://www.armstronglegal.com.au/criminal-law/vic/offences/false-reports/perjury/)
