I need a USA immigration lawyer

Hi, I need advise on whether I require B2 visa or I am eligible under the visa waiver program. I am a British citizen but had been denied entry from Canada in 2009 when I was only a Greek citizen then. I entered the USA twice after that (one in 2010 and one in 2012).
