I need a Paralegal to review multiple contracts
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
The company I work for requires support to review circa 100 contracts in the next 1-2 months to identify the specific details with regards to the company's right to transfer the contract to another legal entity. What notice period is required to transfer, do we need permission from the client?
