Job ID: 31192578

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I think I have a grasp of court procedures and what particular statutes means but needs confirmation regarding the specifics below:

(1) I believe it's procedure according to court rules that the judge is supposed clarify both sides of the party names as clarification before starting a hearing? Yes or No. If the judge omit this process what are the ramifications?

(2) Nevada Justice Court Local Rule 30(a) - (3), inclusive of Supreme Court Rule 46. It has to do with substitute or change of attorneys etc. I interpret the rule to mean that when an attorney leaves a case and new attorney or attorneys joins in place of the departure. Opposing counsel must alert the opposite party through a motion about the change. Regarding attorney departure from the case and new attorney's entering the case in place of the departure. It doesn't matter if counsel or (attorneys) are from the same law firm or not. This rule is applicable indicating change or substitution of attorney. And the judge must sign off on the motion in recognition of that change - correct? Yes or no
