I need a Paralegal Specialist

I need to fill out a document i.e. Affidavit re: Real Property of Small Value. I have questions on how to answer some questions on it. It is property that was in my dads name but my mothers name isn't on it. It's property that has owners of undivided interests. My dad passed before my mother, she passed 2 years after. They both passed intestate. I'm trying to sell his interest to my cousin on our side of the family. One of the questions has to do with Personal representative Letters of Administration. With my father passing before my mom the only letters I have is from my moms estate. I'm hoping that would be sufficient, since all of his retirement, etc. went to her.
