Civil litigation

I am in the US and need a civil attorney/lawyer. I was in the process of purchasing a home the financial institution said the house did not appraise to value. The seller overpriced the home and the lending institution said they could not do the loan, so the house could not sell. The Sellers agent is suing me and has filed a law suit against me for her commission, even though the house did not sale. I am needing an attorney to handle this type of civil legal situation. All contingencies had exhausted I lost my earnest money and I cannot make the bank give me the funds, and the bank said they would not lend on house that does not value to appraisal
