letter of non-infringement from legal council

I am looking to hire a freelancer/attorney to draw up a letter of non-infringement as legal counsel. The purpose of this letter is to resolve a legal dispute that I am currently involved in. I have reviewed the Patent in question a begun building a case, i now require legal council to draft a letter. The letter must be completed within a week's time frame.
