legislation project

I am looking for a freelancer to conduct research in the area of Criminal Law for the State jurisdiction. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting legal research and be familiar with the State's criminal code. The project requires research only, no drafting services are needed. The freelancer should possess strong analytical skills and be able to provide comprehensive and accurate results. The project is anthropological analysis of legislation and analyzing why/how the legislation is controversial.
