legal due diligence exercise (South Africa)

We are looking for a South African qualified junior attorney to assist our in-house legal team in carrying out a legal due diligence exercise in relation to a Group of companies ("Target Entities"), which we intent to acquire (sale of shares). The Target Entities are private security providers that operate within the airport security field.
