institute legal proceedings in Ireland

I had signed a job contract with a company based in Ireland Dublin, at the day of the official starting date they notified me that they revoked the offer, however, I signed the offer 40 days ahead of the official starting date and resigned from my previous employer, obviously, my previous employer refused to re-hire me. I need a lawyer to guide me on how to get my rights.

Please note that I'm based outside EU Nation, they agreed with me to hire me remotely for 1 year with 1 month notice period.
