independent legal advice

I am a director of a small property company. It has one property. Recently I have added a director. She needs to sign a guarantor form for the mortgage (see attached) however she needs to obtain independent legal advice prior to signing. Attached is an example of the form required.
The person giving the advice must be part of a firm on thew solicitor regulation authority.
