In-house Legal Counsel
Budget: $30 – $60 SGD
Looking for an in-house legal counsel to support a High Growth Investment and venture company out of Singapore. We are looking for someone who is trained in Singapore and/or English Law. Experience working for VCs or Private Equity desirable.
Scope of works include NDA, Term Sheets, Contract Review and other similar fundraising and transaction documents.
We work with external law firms for specific Projects but need someone internal to manage all stakeholders.
