I have a domain but someone else owns the trademark

Project Description: I Need Assistance Resolving a Domain Trademark Dispute
- I am about to start my business and I find out that someone has the domain name to my site. I am not sure if it makes any difference. I had the website since 2012 and the other person trademarked the name on 2013, so I actually owned the name before the other person. I had bought it from someone on 2012 and he had the domain since 2009. I really want to know if I can do anything regarding this issue. I do nto have a problem if they want to continue with the name, because there design and my design are two different style
- I have not attempted to negotiate with the trademark owner yet.
