grant researcher and writer for new businesss

I would like to start a new business looking for someone to research local licensing requirements ordinances, regulations, and funding through grants. Specifically, I am seeking local and government grants for a specific project. The grant researcher and writer that I hire must be knowledgeable of the grant process and have experience in researching and writing quality grant proposals. They must have a professional approach and be able to work independently and provide timely feedback. In addition, they should be familiar with state and local regulations pertaining to grant proposals and be willing to adhere strictly to all requirements of the granting agency. Finally, they must be confident in their ability to write persuasive grant applications and be able to guide me through the entire process.

There is a vacant building for sale, It was a bar restaurant, and wedding venue. The prior owners have removed all of the equipment from the kitchen. I would like to rent it only as a venue, with the renters bringing in their own vendors. I would supply the furniture, tableware, linens, and decor for the events. I am a licensed realtor in Minnesota and a certified stager. Looking for grant money to potentially help purchase the building and for the rennovations and supplies to make this business a succcess.
