To find out what legal rights we have regarding the house and property, eg. the house is in a three way split between my step father my older brother (living overseas) and myself. It was recommended we talk to/seek out a property lawyer. A brief history; my mother in late December 2020, the will was not read until late February and probate was granted in August.
