I have to file a DE172 no later than Nov 20th. I want to file sooner. Im not sure this is even the correct form . I am looking for reimbursement for services and medications and and all expenses for 20 months . I am a significant other to the deceased and I do have a lawsuit that has been filed due to elder abuse and fraud and Coercion. My attorney doesnt have time to do this and now Im pressed to get it right the first time
