fighting for grandchildren

I need to file a section 45 hearing request regarding the withholding of consent for the adoption for Michigan i live here in CalifI want to know how the state of Michigan can tell me that my grandchildren's best interest is with foster parents that already have two children of their own instead of with family here in California. There will be a fight they do not know, what they just did by saying that to me. Bethany Christain Adoption agency has been lying to us from the beginning. They have no good reviews on their website. They are legally kidnaping children. I have an attorney in Michigan, but I need to hire a Paralegal because I don't know if my attorney is doing his job. There is no way foster parents could love my grandchildren more than I do, or their brother and sisters, aunt and uncle that they have; it is all about money in this case, foster parents are just expensive babysitters they so post to help reunite the children back with family not take them away, can not blame just them they were lied to as well from Bethany Christian Adoption Agency.
