employment contract for Austria

I'm looking to hire an experienced professional to create a comprehensive employment contract for my business that is specific to Austria and the European Union. This contract will need to be a full-time contract, and I do not have any existing contracts for Austria I need to be updated. I have attached what I use in the UK but too basic and will need updating too in time (not now). I need someone who is qualified about the laws and regulations in both Austria and the European Union to ensure the contract covers all legal requirements.
