draft a franchise agreement

I'm looking to draft a franchise agreement and am in need of some expert guidance. I don't currently have a franchise model in place, but I do have a rough idea. The franchise I'm looking to create will be focused on a service-based business. I am seeking basic legal guidance when it comes to this project, so I can make sure I have all my bases covered as far as legal requirements and potential liabilities.
