counter notification youtube copyright

Hello! I am in need of a Freelancer to help with a counter notification for a YouTube copyright infringement claim. I have the necessary evidence to support my claim, but I need help drafting the counter notification.
This requires a special skill set and I am confident that someone here on Freelancer can provide me with the assistance I need. If you are successful in this project, you will help me protect and keep the content on YouTube as well as restore my account privileges if necessary.
I am looking for someone with experience in copyright law who can put together an effective and legally sound counter notification. Knowledge in digital media and YouTube's copyright policies are also necessary. I would appreciate any advice you can offer on the legal landscape and media rights issues.

which is a script that I use in all my videos. He suddenly decided to copyright every single one of them and I am sure I am licensed to use it for commercial use since it is licensed under this (https://github.com/7GrandDadPGN/VapeV4ForRoblox/blob/main/LICENSE ). Some of my counter notifications got forwarded but 6/8 that I sent was rejected. And it is all for the same VapeV4. please help

The work that I have gotten copyrighted for is protected by copyright exceptions since the content that I got struck for is licensed under the Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal the content which allows me to use it for Commercial use, Modification, Distribution, and Private use. You can see that by clicking on this link (https://github.com/7GrandDadPGN/VapeV4ForRoblox/blob/main/LICENSE ) In the Creative Commons legal code, that is linked to the work that I have gotten strikes for includes: CREATIVE COMMONS CORPORATION IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES...AND DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS DOCUMENT OR THE INFORMATION OR WORKS PROVIDED HEREUNDER. My video is also a work of fair use. This whole video shows you and tells you the amazing features of VapeV4 (also known as ( https://github.com/7GrandDadPGN/VapeV4ForRoblox). I did not profit from this video at all (except monetization) since I did not make VapeV4. VapeV4 also is not a private script, it is a free public script anyone can inject into their game and use any way they want. I did not harm the copyright of the holder's ability to profit from their original work and even if I did, the license that this script is under says (We can reuse and redistribute as freely as possible in any form whatsoever and for any purposes, including without limitation commercial purposes... or to gain reputation or greater distribution for their Work in part through the use and efforts of others.) The content is also in the public domain since it is a Public repository accessible to everyone.
