contract and legal strategy for startup consulting firm operating in Delaware

Things are moving fast for my startup consulting firm, and I am looking for help to ensure that our legal needs are met. I need someone experienced in contract drafting and review, who is available for immediate action. I do not have any existing contracts or legal documents that need to be reviewed.
