commercial attorney with startup acquistion experience

I am in need of a commercial attorney with experience in startup acquisitions to assist me with:
1. contracts and agreements review of legal due diligence checklist and see what i ticked applicable and what is not is accurate and review docs on data room. I already have some documents prepared for this acquisition and need the help of a professional immediately.
2. will need to join the call with buyers attorney for introduction and understand of requirement and expectations call is for 19th september 2023
3. await final drafted agreement for review
