attorney - master service agreement

I am looking for an attorney familiar with common/US contract law. The first project is to draft a base master services agreement that contains standard terms (id parties, payments, taxes, confidentiality, etc.). All the detailed information will be included in SoWs. The base agreement can use an online template (e.g. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1509696/000119312511172128/dex1026.htm) as a starting point. I can provide more details prior to starting the project.

I am budgeting up to 10 hours for the drafting so please take this into consideration when responding.
