attorney for Insurance case

I am being sued by my insurance company because they don't want to have to be a party to a claim. They are also currently defending me on the claim. I have interrogatories due in 2 weeks and I will be out of the country when they are due.

This is a BS claim by the insurance company and it ought to be thrown out.

Furthermore, I was never properly served , so I am wondering if I should even bother responding or just ignore it.
