Writing Ex Parte to Meet with Judge

I had some previous people I helped out by letting them stay with me. They turned out to be scammers. I recently found out that the lady attempted to file a restraining order making up horrific lies about me so she could fit the criteria to get granted a restraining order that has no ounce of truth. She presented a false proof of service to the court in her hearing which was denied anyway. I had no idea about any of this as she had someone else sign that they served me this paperwork when I never was nor did I find out about it until years later. If the court would have granted her that restraining order, I could have been arrested with no idea about any of this. They made a mockery of the court and committed perjury which is a felony. I would like to get a meeting with the judge to let her know what they did in her courtroom before her and for them to reap the legal consequences to their crime. I called the Court and the DA's office and they said I needed to speak to the judge and let them know directly about this to present this and my evidence to prove they committed perjury. The woman that lied and signed her name claiming she served me is a founder/CEO to a very large foundation and it also concerns me that she's in the philanthropy world and lying to the courts and her character. I also need to know if this is something I am able to still pursue according to the timeframe. This was filed in 2018 when they committed the perjury but I only just found out about this now which is why I am only taking action now.
