i have included in the link below some samples for you to review since my app will be very similar this will be incredially detailed - i need the freelancer to understand these things way more than i do and be able to ask me BASIC easily understood questions but as far as the technical part of these terms and policies i need you to fully understand what you are doing - writing - and its broken down just like in the examples i provided i do not have a budget my timeframe is flexible do your research - if you feel i may be missing something that i need for my app as far as the cookies/usage/terms/policy etc goes please feel free to tell me
