Re-Write Legal Contract

We are looking for someone who has a US-based legal background to re-write a 2000 word legal contract pertaining to the sale of vehicles. The contract is used on a printed form that is sold to car dealerships. The text that we currently have was written by a competing company and used on the forms that they sell and therefore we need to rewrite the copy to be totally unique to us.
