Writ Petition Formatting & Delhi High Court Compliance Support Needed -- 2

I am filing a writ petition as a Petitioner-in-Person before the Delhi High Court and require technical and legal formatting assistance only — not representation.

I already have the final petition and annexures drafted. I need a freelancer (preferably with Delhi High Court filing experience) to help me:
• Review and correct the formatting as per Delhi High Court Rules
• Prepare Affidavit, Index, Memo of Parties, Annexure Slips
• Ensure proper pagination, scanning standards (300 DPI), and margin compliance
• Create an OCR-scanned PDF bundle with correct bookmarks
• Correct registry-raised defects (margin, footnotes, duplication, zoom issues, etc.)
• Provide a complete ready-to-upload petition bundle

Important:
• I will be appearing in person; you will not be my legal representative
• I only need document preparation support
• Familiarity with e-filing system and Delhi HC registry defect codes is a plus

Deliverables:
• Properly formatted Word + PDF documents
• Final bookmarked OCR PDF with index
• Assistance until bundle is accepted for listing (if minor defects arise again)

Skills Preferred:
